On Stage: Oct. 29-31, 2011:
Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus
Mary Shelley’s classic tale of the repercussions from one man’s quest to
harness the power of nature comes to life just in time for Halloween with
Inconceivable Theatre’s staged reading of Frankenstein.
Newcomers Dave Daniels and Meg Elliot will join Inconceivable veterans Ed
Kuffert, Jerry Bloom and Michael Carey for a series of three performances.
“Shelley’s Frankenstein will always be a fantastic read, and the story truly
comes to life when you hear the richness and emotive nature of the
language,” says Inconceivable Theatre artistic director Joe Lehman. “We
relish the chance to bring the storytelling nature of this work to life with
some very talented performers, and I don’t think audiences will be
disappointed.”
